Our Educational offer

We provide a dedicated education service across all our services and homes, tailored to meet the individual needs of each child.

Our approach is flexible, inclusive, and responsive; ensuring that every child can engage in learning in a way that works for them.

Virtual Learning

We understand that traditional classroom environments don’t work for every learner. That’s why we also offer a robust virtual learning programme, tailored to meet each child and young person where they are. Through secure digital platforms, we deliver live, interactive lessons, 1:1 educational sessions, and supported study sessions that ensure learners remain engaged and connected to their learning, even when face-to-face delivery isn’t suitable. This includes access to ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages), functional skills, and higher education/career development content.

Supporting Children and young people back into education

We are committed to reducing the number of children and young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). Our education and participation team work directly with each young person and their keyworker to identify their interests, build confidence, and develop a plan that reintroduces them to mainstream learning or employment pathways.

Support includes:

Tailored learning plans

CV writing and interview prep

Work readiness skills

Links to traineeships, apprenticeships, and vocational training

National Partnerships and Progression Routes

We work in partnership with educational and training providers across the country to ensure that every young person has a clear progression route. This includes:

These links ensure our children and young people can transition seamlessly into further education, training, or employment when they leave our care.

Supporting Progress, Celebrating Success

Whether a child or young person is re-engaging with education, preparing for exams, or exploring new interests, our education service is there every step of the way. We celebrate every success, no matter how small, and building self-worth, identity, and future opportunities for all children and young people.
