Our head of Service oversees service delivery within supported accommodation and residential services, ensuring they consistently meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, care, and support. This role is central to maintaining operational excellence and achieving positive outcomes for the children and young people we support.

The head of Service provides strategic leadership to registered service managers and registered managers, embedding trauma-informed practices and therapeutic approaches into daily operations. They drive service development, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Group People & Culture Manager

Our group people and culture manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the experience of colleagues across our organisation. This role leads on all people functions, ensuring that our systems, processes, and strategies support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. 

They are responsible for driving workforce development, embedding our values into everyday practice, and ensuring that our people strategy meets the needs of the organisation.

Group Digital Solutions Manager

Our group digital solutions manager leads all aspects of the organisation’s digital infrastructure, systems, and transformation agenda. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, efficient, and innovative technological operations across all departments. 

Working closely with operational and senior leadership teams, they oversee the development and integration of digital platforms, data systems, and cybersecurity measures to ensure business continuity and compliance. By driving digital innovation and continuous improvement, they enable smarter working practices, enhance data integrity, and support the organisation’s long-term strategic objectives.

Our CEO’s executive assistant plays a vital role in enabling the organisation’s leader to focus on strategic objectives and drive the company’s mission. Acting as the primary liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, the EA ensures seamless communication and coordination across all levels of the organisation.

This role involves managing complex schedules, preparing high-level documents, overseeing critical projects, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The EA’s ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain strict ethical standards and confidentiality is integral to the smooth operation and success of the organisation.

Chief Operating Officer (COO), Registered Service Manager & Nominated Individual

Our Chief Operating Officer ensures all services provide safe, nurturing, and empowering environments for children and young people. They oversee the operational and strategic delivery of residential care and supported accommodation, maintaining the highest standards of compliance, quality, care, and support.

Collaborating across departments, they foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. By embedding trauma-informed practices and therapeutic approaches, they help ensure young people thrive and achieve positive outcomes.
