Head of Service (Supported Accommodation)

Our head of service oversees service delivery within supported accommodation and residential services, ensuring they consistently meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, care, and support. This role is central to maintaining operational excellence and achieving positive outcomes for the children and young people we support.

The head of Service provides strategic leadership to registered service managers and registered managers, embedding trauma-informed practices and therapeutic approaches into daily operations. They drive service development, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

 

They are also our Nominated Individual.

Head of People & Culture

Our group people and culture manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the experience of colleagues across our organisation. This role leads on all people functions, ensuring that our systems, processes, and strategies support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. 

They are responsible for driving workforce development, embedding our values into everyday practice, and ensuring that our people strategy meets the needs of the organisation.

Head of Digital Solutions

Our group digital solutions manager leads all aspects of the organisation’s digital infrastructure, systems, and transformation agenda. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, efficient, and innovative technological operations across all departments. 

Working closely with operational and senior leadership teams, they oversee the development and integration of digital platforms, data systems, and cybersecurity measures to ensure business continuity and compliance. By driving digital innovation and continuous improvement, they enable smarter working practices, enhance data integrity, and support the organisation’s long-term strategic objectives.

Head of Property

Our Head of Property is responsible for the overall operational delivery and strategic direction of property management, repairs, maintenance, and compliance across our portfolio. 

They ensure that all homes remain safe, compliant, functional, and welcoming for children, young people, families, and colleagues who live and work within them. They lead the property team, oversee contractor and supplier performance, and ensure consistency in the standards applied across all properties.

Head of Growth & Success

Our Head of Growth and Success shapes the organisation’s growth strategy, turning emerging needs and opportunities into sustainable, high-quality services for children, young people, and families. 

They develop trusted partnerships with local authorities and other sector stakeholders, strengthen referral pathways, and use sector insight to guide future homes and services. Working alongside Positive Futures, they ensure growth is purposeful, evidence-led and aligned with our commitment to exceptional outcomes for all child, young people, and families.

Executive Office Team

Executive Assistant

Our executive assistant plays a vital role in enabling the organisation’s executive office to focus on strategic objectives and drive the company’s mission. Acting as the primary liaison between the CEO, the COO and internal teams, as well as external stakeholders, the EA ensures seamless communication and coordination across all levels of the organisation.

This role involves managing complex schedules, preparing high-level documents, overseeing critical projects, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The EA’s ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain strict ethical standards and confidentiality is integral to the smooth operation and success of the organisation.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Our COO ensures all services provide safe, nurturing, and empowering environments for children and young people. They oversee the operational and strategic delivery of residential care and supported accommodation, maintaining the highest standards of compliance, quality, care, and support.

Collaborating across departments, they foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. By embedding trauma-informed practices and therapeutic approaches, they help ensure young people thrive and achieve positive outcomes. Their ethical leadership and commitment to excellence underpin our success as a trusted provider and sector leader.

Our CEO serves as the visionary leader and ultimate decision-maker at Inicio. They are accountable for setting the strategic direction, ensuring long-term viability, and overseeing all operational and financial aspects of the organisation. Our CEO works closely with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence.

They are committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance and quality, ensuring our supported accommodation and residential services provide outstanding care, support, and accommodation for children and young people.
