Its a pleasure to be part of the Inicio family were you are known as an individual and not just a number on payroll. I've worked here in the maintenance department since August 2021 and although at the beginning there were some issues those have been brought up and resolved (mostly teething issues due to the company moving maintenance in house, which was new for them as it was previously done externally with contractors.)The reason for my 5* review is because it goes without saying that every single workplace has its issues, however generally speaking most places of work "listen" but don't tend to act on the feedback provided. From my personal experience I can honestly say that any issues that I've had I've been made to feel more than welcome to discuss them with the CEO and resolutions have been worked towards where possible. The staff and young people in the services as well as the members of staff at Head Office are all welcoming and friendly.

The pathways group is a fantastic company who offer an outstanding service to young people. The staff team are passionate about the service and are continuously striving to improve their service for young people.I have worked within head office and have never worked anywhere that has been as welcoming as them, they are kind, hard working and it is such a rewarding place to work.I have also worked in service at the houses pathways run and they are homely, clean and put the young people at the centre of their care, giving them never had before experiences. As a student social worker at pathways it’s been a privilege to work alongside the staff team and witness such outstanding practice across the board. I have learnt a lot from them all that I can take with me as a social worker. If your looking for the best job in the world then this is the place to be :)

Excellent company to work for. This company genuinely puts the kids at the forefront of their business the kids are not just an after thought like many of these companies that just think of the money. Likewise this company takes very good care of its employees. The Managers are supportive and always offer encouragement and praise. I have to be honest , I am still finding things a little surreal , I never thought I would find a company within health and social care that actually genuinely care about the kids they support...I am so glad I did . I love this company that is now my second family .This company and imparticular the CEO showed me such amazing kindness and empathy through a very difficult time in my life. Thank you Pathways ..genuinely and sincerely. Michelle

I currently work here. Its is an amazing place to work at the support is endless. The passion that comes from all people to make a change in young people's life. You watch them grow and achieve and its the most amazing thing to watch. Your treated as an individual and seen as a person and not just a person on the payroll.David who owns the company, started this on his own, watching his commitment to make young peoples life something they can be proud of is inspiring. And I have truly been inspired to make something of myself. I can not thank pathways enough for the opportunity they gave me, knowing I had little experience. But they stand by their core values and make you believe in yourself because they believe in you.If you want a job where no two days are the same the chance to grow and train then Pathways is definitely the company for you!

I have worked for Pathways a little over 2 years now. I joined with minimal experience but a passion to make positive change for young people. The company saw that in me and afforded me a wealth of training and development opportunities. With this support and training I now proudly manage my own services, and am able to project my passion through my teams to help our young people achieve positive outcomes. If a career in social care is your passion, then Pathways is the place to be.

David commissioned Sound & Colour Films to produce a video to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Pathways, they are an exemplary client to work with.Clear vision and communication of what they want to produce but they allowed us the freedom for our creativity to flourish. Very easy to work with and accepting of our guidance during the project, quick to sign off costs and move things forward.Through meeting a number of young people and staff during the filming and hearing their stories, it’s clear that the work Pathways does to help young people is nothing short of heroic and the teams go above and beyond everyday.Looking forward to working together on the next project soon.

As a social work student on placement at Pathways, I have seen nothing but fantastic work carried out at here. The commitment shown by all members of staff is amazing to see in action, from the highly involved management team, to the well-being coordinators and inclusion workers. The young people are given such a high level of support, with constant opportunities to ask for changes and opportunities in the regular ECHO meetings. Each and every young person matters, there are no exceptions.
