Digital Solutions

Our digital solutions department leads our technological development. Ensuring our computer networks remain functioning and safe from risk of cyber security threats.

This department manages all platforms used by the organization and supports the digital transformation goals of the CEO.

Property

Our property department plays a central role in shaping, delivering, and maintaining the environments where children live and colleagues work. From assessing and acquiring new homes to overseeing refurbishments, compliance, and ongoing maintenance, the department ensures every property is safe, functional, and aligned with our mission. 

They also provide continued support to children who have moved on, offering guidance or assistance in their new homes when needed.

Branding & Marketing

Our Branding and Marketing department works closely with our CEO to strategically ensure the brand identities, communications, and resources across Inicio Group and the companies within it remain appropriate, consistent, reflective of who we support, and accessible to everyone. 

Working across all key brands within the group, they help shape how Inicio Group and its companies are seen, understood, and experienced, ensuring our identity, messaging, and values are consistently received across everything we do.

People & Culture

Our people and culture department are responsible for the full employee lifecycle. Made up of recruitment, learning and development, and employee relations, this department lead on matters such as safer recruitment, continuous professional development for employees, and designing our employee value proposition. They also oversee our ‘My Pathways; Journey to Independence®’ life skills programme, and manage relationships with partner universities and co-ordinate our student social worker programme. 

They oversee the supervision and appraisal systems across the organisation and ensure staff receive regular, reflective support that promotes both individual development and high standards of care. The department also leads on our culture of listening to and acting upon the voices of our employees.

Positive Futures

Positive futures is our department responsible for ensuring every young person’s journey starts with a safe and well-matched move into a home that best meets their educational, health and social needs. They work alongside our service teams to promote stability through a multi-agency approach, ensuring placements remain both suitable and sustainable. 

They maintain a robust partnerships and referrals strategy, represent the organisation externally, and build long-term relationships with local authority commissioning teams. Positive Futures supports our vision of thriving families, loving homes.

Finance

Our finance department are responsible for safeguarding the financial viability of the organisation, and that financial decision making is bound by an ethical approach to children’s social care.

Working closely with the organisational leadership team, the department is responsible for setting budgets for all aspects of the organisation as well as maintain our statutory obligations.
