Central Teams

Digital Solutions

Our digital solutions department leads our technological development. Ensuring our computer networks remain functioning and safe from risk of cyber security threats.

This department manages all platforms used by the organization and supports the digital transformation goals of the CEO.

Maintenance

Our maintenance department lead the way in ensuring all our homes are delivered and maintained to the highest standards. Working with our deputy service managers, they are a responsive department that assist in all aspects of property maintenance, including aspects of health and safety compliance.

They are also on hand for young people that have moved on from their home with us if they ever need help in their new home.

Branding & Marketing

Our branding and marketing department works closely with our CEO to ensure the visual resources and online presence of the organisation remain consistently on brand and reflective of the young people we support.

Working across all key elements of the group, they keep our resources engaging, and accessible by everyone.

People & Culture

Made up of recruitment, learning and development, and employee relations, this department lead on matters such as safer recruitment, continuous professional development, and designing our employee value proposition.
They also lead on our culture of listening to and acting upon the voices of our employees.

Home Finding

Our home finding department are responsible for the safe assessment and moving in of young people into our homes. This department ensure that the lifecycle of each young person’s journey with us starts with a positive move into a home that has been identified as best suited to meet their needs.
The department also supports our service management team to support young people during times of difficulty through a multiagency approach to stability and support.

Finance

Our finance department are responsible for safeguarding the financial viability of the organisation, and that financial decision making is bound by an ethical approach to children’s social care.
Working closely with the organisational leadership team, the department is responsible for setting budgets for all aspects of the organisation as well as maintain our statutory obligations.
