At Inicio, we are proud to launch our children’s residential services, extending our commitment to providing high-quality care to children and young people across the country. This new chapter introduces The Meadows and The Woodlands, two distinct services designed to meet a diverse range of needs.
Focused on supporting children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and social difficulties, as well as those with learning disabilities.
What Children, Young People and Families Can Expect From Us
Our residential children’s homes are thoughtfully designed to provide a warm and homely environment. Each home is equipped with modern amenities and spaces that encourage comfort, creativity, and personal growth.
We understand that every child’s journey is unique. Our dedicated residential home colleagues work closely with each child and young person to develop personalised care plans that address their specific needs and aspirations.
Our teams are fully trained in trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and therapeutic practices. They bring empathy, professionalism, and dedication, as well as relationship building, resilience, and a fun approach to working with children and young people.
We actively support children and young people in their education, extracurricular activities, training, employment and personal development, nurturing their confidence and ambition. Our nationally accredited educational programme is available to all children and young people we work with.
Our childrens residential teams are available around the clock in our homes, ensuring that all children and young people feel safe, secure and supported at all times.
The Woodlands will deliver an exciting new project targeted towards young people whose needs cannot be met within supported accommodation, but who want to experience a home that recognises and supports their wishes and aspirations to live in a more independent style home.
These homes will deliver a supported accommodation type model, underpinned by the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
