As a Support Worker your role will be to work alongside young people, actively promoting independence and preparing them to transition into adulthood.
Working on a multiagency basis and in partnership with internal and external professionals to ensure young people are given the correct wrap around support and are treated equally, as individuals, and without discrimination. If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are resilient and committed to the support worker role and most importantly you will conduct yourself as a positive role model for young people and colleagues we want to hear from you.
- Full-Time 34 hours with sleeps (Av 10 sleeps per month)
- £31,984 – £32,868 per annum (based on £13.00 – £13.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications)
- Sleep in allowance £75 per sleep
- 3 Week rolling rota including weekends and evenings across a 7 day period
