As a Support Worker your role will be to work alongside young people, actively promoting independence and preparing them to transition into adulthood.
Working on a multiagency basis and in partnership with internal and external professionals to ensure young people are given the correct wrap around support and are treated equally, as individuals, and without discrimination. • Full-Time 34 hours with sleeps (Av 10 sleeps per month)
• £31,984 – £32,868 per annum (based on £13.00 – £13.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications)
• Sleep in allowance £75 per sleep
• 3 Week rolling rota including weekends and evenings across a 7 day period
