Service Support

Student Social Workers

Inicio are proud to be partnered with more than 10 universities across England, providing 1st and 3rd year non-statutory student social worker placements. Our students deliver a vital lifeline of support to young people and our employed workforce.

Bank Support Team

We have a large cohort of in-house bank staff, made up of independently recruited employees or previous student social workers that have chosen to join our team after their placement.

Support & Senior Support Workers

The key difference between each role being the level of qualification held. Whilst the regulations do not mandate any formal qualifications for support teams within supported accommodation, we require all frontline employees to hold or be working towards a level 3/4 in children and young people’s services (or equivalent).

Service Management

Team Leaders

Our team leaders are allocated to our larger ‘hub and spoke’ style homes.

Ensuring an additional tier of supervisory support is available to deputy service managers and the support teams when higher numbers of young people are accommodated.

Deputy Service Managers

Deputy service managers are responsible for each home in their portfolio, leading the support team and ensuring positive outcomes for young people.

They focus on professional growth for their team while ensuring compliance with all governance and regulatory standards.

Service Managers

Our service managers hold overarching responsibility for a group of deputy service managers and the homes within their portfolios.

They report to the head of service and assist in the delivery of services in line with the statement of purpose.
